Data quality advisory board

The data quality advisory board investigates data quality disputes and advises all parties involved. The council is represented by GS1, Albert Heijn and Pepsico. All companies participating in the data quality programme and working in the Food, Health and Beauty industry can contact the advisory council.

What can you turn to the advisory board for?

The advisory council provides advice on the best interpretation of points of dispute, possible solutions and how to prevent recurrence. Consider, for example, disputes about outcomes after checks, differences in interpretation of GS1 standards and guidelines, etc. If necessary, the council seeks advice from an additional neutral party, the data quality working group or the Strategic Council.

Request advice

Would you like to request advice? Send an e-mail to adviesraaddatakwaliteit@gs1.nl. The advisory council aims to issue an advice within 30 working days. This advice is not binding. If an organisation does not agree with the outcome, an objection can be submitted to the Strategic Council. There is no charge for the application.
